Our Sheds are Hand Built by Mennonite Builders. Any building on any of our 5 lots can be delivered in 2 weeks guaranteed. Aren’t finding exactly what you want? No problem! We can custom build just about whatever you might want, and it doesn’t cost a dollar extra, it just takes a few more weeks. Ask your salesperson how many weeks they anticipate for custom builds. Can vary depending on the time of year. But if you’re not it a rush, why compromise?
We Offer two ways to buy. If you want to pay for your building in full by the time of delivery, you can put 10% down and pay the remaining balance by check to your driver upon delivery. Or you can make monthly payments for 3-, 4-, or 5-year terms. All Rent to Own contracts are 90 Days same as Cash, which means, if you decide to pay off your building in full within 90 days of delivery, you pay $0 in Interest! No penalty for paying off early.
